6pm Chakra Garden

Gar Den Boi & THe Sound Medicine Collective

Chakra Garden is a soul-stirring 2 hour blend of electronic tracks from the forthcoming Frequency Medicine Album that lights up the seven major energy centers in your body, matched with movement, chanting and sacred sound healing practices.

Detroit music producer Gar Den Boi has created a lush garden of bass, solfeggio, isochronic, and organic tones fused with live recordings of orchestral instruments that bring the journeyer on a sonic odyssey through the chakras. When performing live he plays piano, flute, and guitar live over these tracks & often includes live instrumentalists on cello, viola, and synthesizers.

Adrienne & Luke of The Sound Medicine Collective match this electricity by guiding periods of yogic movement, meditation, chanting and, of course, there is a long rest, bathed in the vibrations of subwoofers and sacred sound instruments including a myriad of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, & vocals.

This trance-inducing mix brings one to a deep state of meditation and rewires the nervous system to align with the frequency of peace.
A full-spectrum intention setting adventure from the root to the crown.
