We would like to invite you to be a vendor at Harmony Festival!

Harmony Festival is a community-centered yoga, sound healing & music festival taking place amidst the dynamic Czech Village & New Bohemia neighborhoods in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Dates & Times:

  • Vendor area will be open from 9am - 4pm on Saturday.

  • Vendor spots are available inside and outside of the venue.  

  • Classes & events will be held in the same area, all day Saturday. 

  • Vendor area will be highlighted on-site, the day of the event,

  • through signage, maps and brochure promotion.


Cost :

  • A 10x10 vendor spot is $75. 

  • This includes one 'stand-by' pass to most of the workshops and classes.  

  • You will also receive advertising before the event

  • on our website, our newsletter and our social media posts.

  • We are also accepting sponsors, trade opportunities or other options.

Set up

  • You may set up your booth Saturday morning at 7am.

  • Please be ready to receive participants no later than 9:30am.

  • If you are outside you may want to bring a tent. Tents will not be provided by CSPS or Harmony Festival.

  • Please notify us prior to the event if you are considering using CSPS chairs or tables.

  • You will need to provide your own extension cord and power strip. Set up/tear down is your responsibility. 

  • Payment for a spot can be split with another vendor if desired. You may offer services as well, if appropriate for the space allotment.
