Molly Schreiber she/her
Molly Schreiber is the Founder and CEO of Challenge to Change Inc., a mindful education company dedicated to empowering individuals with proactive and preventative mindfulness strategies. As a former elementary teacher, working with students and school personnel is at the heart of Molly’s mission of inspiring people of all ages to cultivate happy and healthy lifestyles. After being widowed at the age of 30 with three young children, Molly had a choice to make and decided to turn her loss into an opportunity.
Challenge to Change was created from a love of teaching and a deep understanding that the power to thrive and live a good life is in each of us. This belief inspired Molly to design programming such as the Mindful Education in Schools curriculum, Kids and Adult Yoga Teacher Trainings, online learning resources for schools and families, numerous children’s books, and countless other Mindfulness resources. She believes that we can change the world by empowering children with skills that foster positive thinking and compassion for self and others.
Molly holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Western Illinois University, is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, and a certified sound healer.

Natalie Brown she/her
Composer, educator, sound healer and multi-instrumentalist, Natalie Brown, has travelled the world performing, recording and teaching music. She was trained classically, starting violin at age 4 and has taught high school orchestra for 14 years.
She is the founder and operator of Sounds Heal Studio, providing one-on-one and group sound healing sessions and workshops as well as practitioner training through the International Sound Healing Academy.
She completed Nada Yoga (Yoga of Sound) teacher training in Rishikesh, India. She also has training and certifications in Reiki, craniosacral therapy, Qigong, acupressure and is an Advanced Level Certified Bio-Well Practitioner. Natalie's podcast, Sounds Heal Podcast, explores using sound for health and wellness with interviews of top innovators & practitioners in the field. It has been recognized as the #1 music therapy/sound therapy podcast on the web.
Natalie’s goal is to share the benefits of sound healing and help others use sound for self-care, personal growth and to heal.

Gar Den Boi and the Sound Medicine Collective
The Gar Den Boi sound is inspired by YEARS OF yoga and meditation while building immersive worlds in a DANCE music landscape. A project steered by Tyler Manning, who fuses a love for all instruments & electronic music production to meld organic play with the healing power of low end frequencies. He uses DJ sets and live production as the vehicle and can often be found holding space in his “Instrument Garden” Studio workshops & installations.
The Gar Den Boi music project was officially launched in Detroit in May of 2023 with “The Sound of a Tree Growing: Root Tape” and has seen those roots spread wide since getting planted for the forthcoming “Fruit Tape” as well as an ambient bass meditation album in collaboration with The Sound Medicine Collective called Frequency Medicine.
He now resides in Detroit in search of a property for the instrument garden music discovery center.

LD Kidd he/him
Lovar Davis Kidd (he/him/they), a native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is an interdisciplinary performer, a dance researcher focused on the black dancing body, musician, poet, and dance maker. He is an MFA Candidate in Choreography at the University of Iowa. L.D. engages in choreographic research that is grounded in the intersection of contemporary movement practices with black vernacular aesthetics. Through studying African American secular dance, percussion, and Orthopraxy of the 21st century, seeking a deeper understanding of how the dancing body is a vessel for spiritual communication. Dance is a powerful explorative practice; therefore, intertwining percussion, dance, and spirituality is a tool for revolutionary freedom. His art-making process reflects his black heritage and is rooted in social justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging (EDIAB), work through his company, 100% OVER RACISM. L.D. has performed extensively in dance and musical theatre productions throughout the US. Most notably, Kidd performed in the 2011-2012 2nd National Tour of Lin Manuel Miranda’s In The Heights, Tim Rice & Elton John’s Aida at Sacramento Music Circus, Disney California Adventure Park's Aladdin "A Musical Spectacular" and with the Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular. L.D. has also danced for Helanius J. Wilkins’ EDGEWORKS Dance Theater and Los Angeles-based dance companies Word In Motion and Urban Poets.
As an educator, L.D. has taught in various capacities. He is a teaching artist with Throughline Arts, specializing in arts integration with K-8 students. L.D. also worked as an adjunct instructor at the University of Iowa for ten years, teaching jazz, tap, hip-hop, and dance for musical theatre. In addition, L.D. is the founder of MOvMNT Dance Company (MDC), a non-profit contemporary & hip-hop dance company in Cedar Rapids, IA, that had the privilege of providing hundreds of under-served students with affordable dance classes and performance opportunities for 13 years. Janel Wenndt she/her
Janel is a Sound Healing Practitioner certified through the Sound Healing Academy. She has taught yoga and meditation for 20 years, and is a Reiki Master.
She and her husband own Hound Dog Rock Shop.
Janel has a never ending thirst for learning and expanding her mind. She is always ready to explore new things, and is eager to share her knowledge with anyone who is willing to listen.
In her free time she enjoys nature walks with her grandkids, cuddling with her cats, crocheting and crafting jewelry.

Lynn Block she/her

Lynn Block, 500 E-RYT, owner of Latitude Yoga and Fitness LLC
Lynn has over 25 years’ experience teaching across the education and fitness industries. Known for her
inclusive style, Lynn’s yoga journey was a little unconventional. She subbed a yoga class for a few weeks,
and her fitness manager suggested that she pursue teaching yoga regularly. With a fitness background,
Lynn wanted to find a style that fit teaching yoga in a gym setting, for all types of people seeking out the
benefits of yoga. She found a Yogafit® and began her yoga journey. Lynn has been instructing yoga since
2005. She completed her 200-hour RYT in 2017, and her 500-hour RYT in 2020.

Sarah Van Cleve she/her
Sarah Van Cleve is a somatic wellness practitioner, death doula, activist and owner of Soul House Wellness, based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
As a practitioner, she is passionate about helping students find restoration, stillness and safety in ones’ body, and navigating release through the practices of yoga and sound healing.
Sarah’s commitment to social justice is an integral part of her identity. In her role in activism, Sarah actively supports causes related to equality, human rights and community empowerment. Monthly, she facilitates Breathing Room Yoga’s “Yoga for People of Color,” a donation- based yoga class, aimed at building community and mindfulness in the black and brown community. Through the thought-provoking podcast ‘Othered,’ Sarah works to create a platform dedicated to celebrating the stories and experiences of those who have often been overlooked or misunderstood in society. The podcast’s mission is to amplify local voices and center the narratives of marginalized communities.
As a death doula, Sarah is passionate about advocating for the necessity of end-of-life preparedness. Through education and compassionate end-of-life support, she empowers individuals to approach the experiences of life and death with knowledge, curiosity and love.

Raelene Swore she/her
Herbal Tea Workshop: Self Care in a Cup
Students will learn about 10+ herbs and their nutritive benefits, the difference between tea, infusions, and decoctions, and have the opportunity to sample and create their own tea blends. Join herbalist, Raelene Swore for this hands on workshop meant to fill your cup!
Raelene is a Cedar Rapids native and a mother, daughter, and sister to many. She is a self-proclaimed lifelong learner and was raised to appreciate the land. At a young age she developed a love of plants, which transpired into studying and certifications in Herbalism from Rocky Mountain Center for Botanical Studies and in Horticulture from The New York Botanical Garden. She received a biology degree from Mt. Mercy in 2015 and graduated from Cloud Nine Yoga Teacher Training with her 200 hour-RYT in 2017, soon after started teaching Aerial Yoga and Hatha at Toula Yoga Studio. She recently became certified in SUP Yoga and Hot 26. She also has training in Sound Therapy and Reiki. She shared her plant knowledge to massage therapy students at Carlson College, teaching Herbology and Aromatherapy for several years.
Raelene enjoys challenging and empowering her students, weaving together her love for adventure and the outdoors with her excitement for yoga to help others love themselves a little more. Her teaching style is playful and invigorating, intertwined with positivity and self-compassion. She hopes to see you soon on the mat, on a paddle board, in the silks, or in the garden of life.

Jaclyn Janssen she/her
Jaclyn's yoga teachings and studying began in Thailand in 2017. Her teachings are a collaboration of her practice with great tribute to her many teachers from all over the world. She has well over 1,000 hours of trainings including styles of kundalini, hatha, vinyasa, meditation, sound healing and pranayama. Jaclyn studied SATTVA yoga in India where she learned to implement Himalayan kriya kundalini into her practices. Jaclyn's teaching style is creative, challenging and empowering. You will leave the yoga journey feeling connected to self and others around you. She keeps the tradition of yoga alive by effortlessly weaving in hidden nuggets of philosophy, great emphasis on many different breathing techniques, and potent intentional movement.
