Vendor Spot at Harmony Festival

Join us in our mission to bring community members together in a nurturing environment a success! By representing your business, you will help make this festival more diverse and vibrant.  We want to continue to grow this event and community here in Cedar Rapids and we want you to be a part of it!  

We would like to invite you to be a vendor at Harmony Festival, July 29th. Harmony Festival is a community-centered yoga, sound healing & music festival taking place amidst the dynamic Czech Village & New Bohemia neighborhoods in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Dates & Times:

  • Vendor area will be open from 9am - 4pm on Saturday.

  • Vendor spots are available inside and outside of the CSPS.  

  • Classes & events will be held in the same area, all day Saturday. 

  • Vendor area will be highlighted on-site, the day of the event, through signage, maps and brochure promotion.

Cost 

  • A 10x10 vendor spot is $75. 

  • This includes one 'stand-by' pass to most of the workshops and classes.  

  • You will also receive advertising before the event on our website, our newsletter and our social media posts.

  • We are also accepting sponsors, trade opportunities or other options. Please contact us at harmonyfestivaliowa@gmail.com if this interests you! 

Set up

  • You may set up your booth Saturday morning at 7am. Please be ready to receive participants no later than 9:30am.

  • If you are outside you may want to bring a tent. Tents will not be provided by CSPS or Harmony Festival.

  • Please notify us prior to the event if you are considering using CSPS vhairs or tables.

  • You will need to provide your own extension cord and power strip. Set up/tear down is your responsibility. 

  • Payment for a spot can be split with another vendor if desired. You may offer services as well, if appropriate for the space allotment.
