An alternative approach to yoga that will find your zen in an alternative way. The class will be loud, with a great sound track of rock music, swearing, chaos, war cries, and yes you can bring adult beverage (BYOB). We will practice traditional yoga postures and breathing, with a focus on releasing negative energy. Finding our Zen in an alternative way.
Lynn Block is an instructor of fitness, and yoga for over 20 years. She has been passionate about fitness since college. She holds a BA in Education from Coe College, and a Masters in Educational Psychology, from University of Northern Iowa. She began teaching fitness classes in 1994. Lynn is certified as Group Exercise Instructor through American Council on Exercise (ACE) and American Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Lynn holds a Health Coach Certification and Personal Trainer Certification through American Council on Exercise (ACE). She also has a Lynn holds many fitness certifications, including Les Mills, Barre Above™, and Cycling.
Lynn’s style of instructing is inclusive, offering options for poses so that everyone can succeed in finding the pose that works for them. She also offers challenges for those that want to take them, or try a new pose. Lynn believes yoga is for everyone, and can have profound effects in our lives beyond the physical movement of poses. www.latitudeyogafitness.com.
