Discover an expansive sound meditation unlike any other. This significant collaboration- featuring powerful local sound practitioner- will transport attendees beyond the confines of Celebration Hall. Sound meditation allows the mind to relax, the body to release tension and the spirit to find stillness. By layering artists, healers, various instruments and energies, this special Harmony Festival event will be particularly powerful.
The entire session can be enjoyed seated or laying down.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat and any comfort items they would like for this epic experience.
